Terms of Use
1. The app
Jitsuno is provided by its developer in the Netherlands ("we"). By using it you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
2. Subscriptions
Jitsuno Coach is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the coaching tools for a gym. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
3. Your content
You own what you log and post. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you share it with. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive or that belongs to someone else. Channel admins and we may remove content or members that break these rules.
4. Training safety
Jitsuno is a tracking tool, not medical or coaching advice. Train under qualified supervision and at your own risk.
5. Liability
The app is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost data or indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
6. Law
Dutch law applies.
